Medical Manager

About the role

The Medical Manager will help create and implement scientific and medical strategies for assigned therapeutic areas, monitor patient and physician needs, and ensure effective scientific communication with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute scientific and medical strategies in responsible therapeutic areas.
• Track patient and physician needs, scientific developments and trends to provide insights to Medical and Business Units.
• Manage scientific communication with physicians, KOLs and other healthcare professionals through visits, meetings and discussions.
• Prepare scientific content, educational materials and presentations, and deliver medical training to field teams.
• Support planning and execution of medical activities for new product launches and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with marketing, regulatory affairs, market access, quality, compliance and clinical research to integrate medical perspective.
• Review medical content for scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Utilize digital tools, OCE applications and AI solutions to enhance medical workflows.
• Monitor competitor developments and share insights with relevant teams.
• Attend national and international scientific congresses and disseminate findings.

Required profile

• Medical degree from an accredited Faculty of Medicine.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• 2–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with active driving experience and no travel restrictions.
• Completed military service for male candidates.
