Medical Science Liaison – Neuroscience

About the role

Lilly is seeking a field‑based Medical Science Liaison (MSL) specialized in neuroscience to serve as a scientific bridge between the company and the external medical community. The MSL will provide unbiased, up‑to‑date scientific information, gather insights from key opinion leaders, and support Lilly’s research and commercialization strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain deep, current knowledge of Lilly and competitor neuroscience compounds and disease states.
• Engage scientific experts through two‑way scientific dialogues and act as the primary interface for medical and scientific exchange.
• Collect and communicate strategic insights from interactions with experts to inform Lilly’s research direction.
• Support medical education initiatives and facilitate scientific exchange within academic and clinical communities.

Required profile

• PharmD, BPharm, MD, PhD in a medically related field, or a master’s/bachelor’s degree in health sciences (e.g., BSN, RPh, PA, NP) with at least 1 year of clinical, research, or industry experience, preferably in neurology.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience engaging medical professionals and delivering scientific information.
