Minibar Supervisor – Istanbul

About the role

The Minibar Supervisor will lead the daily operations of the Minibar department at Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus, ensuring guests receive accurate and timely service. Reporting to the In‑Room Dining Manager, you will manage inventory, supervise staff, and uphold Hilton’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily minibar operations, including replenishment and room inspections.
• Ensure minibar consumption is recorded and posted to guest accounts promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, organized, and secure minibar storage areas.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate Minibar Attendants.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Finance, and In‑Room Dining teams.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and inventory control procedures.
• Support revenue generation and loss prevention through effective product control.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food & drink, minibar operations, or inventory control within hospitality.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
