About the role

The Transport Supervisor will lead the daily operations of a large fleet of panel vans and trucks, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost‑effective distribution across the company. You will be responsible for monitoring performance, improving processes, and coordinating with external carriers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a 100+ vehicle fleet, tracking utilization, capacity, and route performance.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, inspections, insurance, and legal compliance.
• Monitor transport and distribution KPIs, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement process‑improvement projects.
• Coordinate with external logistics providers and subcontractors, evaluating performance against KPIs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, including load factor, vehicle efficiency, delivery success rate, and cost analysis.
• Lead drivers, field shipment supervisors, and operation teams, supporting training, performance, and safety culture.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, Transportation or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in transport, logistics or distribution operations.
• Experience managing large‑scale fleets (100+ vehicles) and 3PL/sub‑contractor relationships.
• Strong knowledge of road transport legislation and cost‑analysis techniques.
