Network Specialist

About the role

Kepler is seeking a Network Specialist to manage and optimise network infrastructure across its locations in Turkey, Malaysia and Latvia. The role focuses on performance, security and continuity of LAN, WAN and WLAN systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, install and maintain LAN/WAN/WLAN networks and configure routers, switches, firewalls and access points.
• Establish and manage secure VPN connections between multiple sites and implement network security policies, including firewall rules, ACLs and segmentation.
• Monitor network performance, conduct root‑cause analysis and develop permanent solutions to complex issues.
• Maintain up‑to‑date network documentation, configurations and inventory records.
• Coordinate with service providers, external vendors and internal IT teams to ensure high availability, redundancy and compliance with security regulations (KVKK, GDPR).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, IT or related field.
• Proven experience in network administration or engineering, preferably with multi‑site or international environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills.

Required skills

• LAN, WAN, WLAN and VPN technologies; TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP protocols.
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto (or similar) network devices.
• Network security principles, firewall management and network segmentation.
• Network monitoring and performance analysis tools.
