Nurse – Hotel Medical Unit

About the role

The Hotel Medical Unit is seeking a qualified Nurse to provide medical support and first‑aid services to team members and guests. You will ensure the unit operates in line with hotel standards, legal requirements and health‑safety procedures while supporting employee well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑aid, injections, wound care and basic medical assistance to staff and guests.
• Arrange doctor appointments, coordinate medical consultations and follow‑up on occupational health processes.
• Prepare documentation for emergency situations and coordinate hospital transfers with HR approval.
• Maintain sterile conditions, manage medical supplies, inspect first‑aid kits and keep accurate stock records.
• Update and securely store employee medical records, health cards and work‑accident reports.
• Train designated staff from other departments to provide basic medical support during absences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Nursing.
• Valid nursing licence and authorization to practice according to local regulations.
• Experience in occupational or workplace nursing preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential health information with professionalism.
