Online Business Manager – E‑Commerce & Digital Activation

About the role

The Online Business Manager will lead the digital activation strategy for Kiehl’s within L’Oréal Luxe, shaping the brand’s e‑commerce presence and driving online sales across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the online activation calendar, including CRM campaigns.
• Roll out digital activities ensuring alignment with brand purpose across websites and shop‑in‑shop experiences.
• Leverage consumer insights to optimise the online purchase journey and launch new initiatives that boost conversion.
• Create compelling content for online touchpoints such as campaigns, services, and retail pages.
• Develop and manage the yearly e‑commerce turnover forecast and budget, monitoring trends and performance.
• Oversee e‑commerce media spend to improve traffic, conversion and overall channel performance.
• Collaborate with internal IT, marketing teams and external agencies to enhance UX, search visibility, content quality and reviews.
• Drive online CRM strategy, execute campaigns and report monthly purchase data to regional counterparts.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital media, performance marketing or social‑media/content marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from data and translate them into strategy.
• Proven change‑management and innovation‑driving capabilities.
• Strategic and operational competence with a P&L focus.
• Ability to work closely with digital IT teams on technical specifications.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
