Onsite Technician, Service Delivery Management

About the role

We are looking for a tech‑savvy Onsite Technician to join Xerox’s Total Print Management Service team in Ankara. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth daily operations of their printer fleet and delivering high‑quality support.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for client Help Desk inquiries, building strong professional relationships.
• Manage daily onsite support activities, monitor the printer‑fleet asset database and keep inventory logs up to date.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and driver/network issues via phone, remote tools or onsite visits.
• Conduct user training sessions to help client employees maximise their print environment.
• Coordinate with the Customer Operations Manager and track hardware orders through the digital portal.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Operations or IT support with regular client interaction.
• Experience using modern digital solutions, portals and database software to run daily workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset and systematic problem‑solving approach.
• Native Turkish speaker with strong English communication skills.

Required skills

• Software driver installation.
• Understanding of IP protocol schemes and basic networking.
• Hardware troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
