Operations Coordinator – Luxury Jewelry Store, Istanbul

About the role

On behalf of a global luxury jewelry house known for its heritage, craftsmanship and client experience, the recruitment agency is seeking an Operations Coordinator for its İstinye Park store in Istanbul. The role keeps store operations running smoothly so that sales teams can deliver an outstanding client experience. It suits detail-oriented, operationally strong people with experience in premium retail.

Key responsibilities

• Receive merchandise and manage inter-store transfers, keeping inventory accurate and products available
• Monitor daily high-value counts and returns reports, lead cycle counts and coordinate annual physical inventory
• Handle price changes, re-classes, merges and ticket updates, and process merchandise requests and special/back orders
• Provide post-sales service, manage repair and engraving orders with estimates and follow-up, and keep merchandise clean and inspected
• Support the sales floor, help process merchandise orders, plan in-store events and work with Marketing and PR on special requests
• Manage store supplies, packaging and hospitality materials, track invoice approvals and verify daily inventory reports
• Act as liaison with Facilities and IT, follow up on audit actions, perform daily cashier duties (accounts payable and cash handling)
• Serve as the store's Security and Health & Safety liaison and support operational systems

Required profile

• 5 to 6 years of experience in retail operations
• Strong knowledge of inventory, administration, client service and shipping processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
• Fluency in Turkish and English is mandatory; a third language is a plus
