Operations Specialist - Order Fulfillment

About the role

Nobel Biocare is looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Operations Specialist to manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process. The role coordinates customers, internal stakeholders, warehouse operations and logistics partners to deliver a smooth customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for order-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Enter, validate and process customer orders accurately in the ERP system, checking product codes, quantities, pricing and delivery details.
• Manage the full order lifecycle, from entry through delivery and invoicing, and handle amendments, cancellations, returns and special requests.
• Work with warehouse, logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Track shipments and follow up on delayed or pending deliveries, keeping customers and stakeholders informed.
• Prepare regular reports on order status, backorders, shipment performance and service levels.
• Identify improvements to order management and ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in order management, customer service, supply chain or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of order fulfillment, inventory management and logistics processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment and professional English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
