Optician – Full-time (Antalya)

About the role

At Atasun Optik, a leading retailer within the EssilorLuxottica group, we are looking for a motivated Optician to join our Antalya store. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales targets and performing optical repairs and assembly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance to customers, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Achieve individual and store KPIs related to sales and service.
• Perform repair, maintenance, and assembly of optical and sunglasses lenses and frames in the workshop.
• Maintain product displays and stock levels.
• Collaborate with the team to promote brand offerings.

Required profile

• Graduate of an Opticianry program.
• Preferably experienced with optical and sun‑glass lenses, frames, and assembly.
• Strong communication skills and customer‑oriented mindset.
• High sales focus and willingness to learn continuously.
• Availability for shift work, including weekends.
