About the role

At Atasun Optik, a leading retailer within the EssilorLuxottica group, we are looking for a newly‑graduated optician to join our store in Kahramanmaraş. You will help customers find the perfect eyewear while ensuring high‑quality service and product maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a flawless customer experience in the store.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets based on defined KPIs.
• Perform repair, maintenance and assembly of optical lenses, sunglasses and frames in the workshop.
• Assist customers with product selection, fitting and after‑sales support.

Required profile

• Graduate of an Opticianry program.
• Preferably experienced with optical and sunglass lenses, frames and assembly.
• Strong communication skills and customer‑oriented mindset.
• High sales focus and willingness to learn continuously.
• Available for shift work, including weekends.
