Order Desk Executive

About the role

The Order Desk Executive ensures customer satisfaction by managing the entire order handling process, acting as the first point of contact for customers and the Customer Care Unit. The role combines quotation management, order confirmation, and delivery coordination within a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, validate, and issue quotations in line with company policies, handling pricing across multiple channels.
• Follow the approval matrix and enter quotations, revisions, and confirmations into SAP, matching them with customer purchase orders.
• Issue order confirmations with estimated values and prepare delivery proposals, selecting alternatives when needed.
• Screen complex orders for technical and commercial accuracy, and monitor delivery notes with the DC OM team and Credit Controller.
• Produce monthly reports on order receipts, deliveries, sales, and stock levels.
• Collect market demand data, support demand planning for non‑fast‑moving products, and help meet sales targets.
• Assist the IMEA approvals team with local import regulations and certification requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (MBA is a plus).
• Fluent Turkish (written and spoken) with conversational English.
• Resident of Istanbul.
• 3‑4 years of experience in customer service, quotations, and order handling within supply chain.
