OTA & Partnerships Executive

About the role

We are a fast‑growing travel technology company based in Istanbul, operating platforms such as Istanbul.com, Istanbul Tourist Pass®, and Citibu. We are looking for an OTA & Partnerships Executive to strengthen our relationships with international online travel agencies, expand our global footprint, and drive commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with OTA partners including GetYourGuide, Viator, Tiqets, Klook, Headout, Expedia and others.
• Communicate professionally with partners via email and online meetings.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance across all distribution channels.
• Maintain product listings, descriptions, images, pricing and availability.
• Launch new experiences and update existing products.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and commercial opportunities with OTA partners.
• Identify growth opportunities and propose strategies to increase sales.
• Track product performance and prepare regular business reports.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product and Operations teams.
• Support commercial negotiations and partnership development.
• Research and onboard new international distribution partners.
• Represent the company at online meetings, trade shows, workshops and industry events when required.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales, account management or partnership development.
• Strong communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on growth and performance.
