Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the company’s sales strategy, strengthen client relationships and drive revenue growth across real estate, tourism and hospitality sectors. This role combines strategic planning, team leadership and operational oversight to meet regional targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve set targets.
• Lead and coordinate the team reporting to the position, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Prepare, manage and report the budget for the responsible region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers and business partners.
• Conduct market analysis, evaluate sales data and identify growth opportunities.
• Align sales initiatives with marketing and product development teams.
• Evaluate team performance regularly and provide development feedback.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and analyses to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and corporate standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate, tourism, hospitality or related sales management.
• Proven experience in lead management, broker relations and regional portfolio building.
• Strong background in budgeting, financial planning and achieving financial targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
