Out-of-Home Regional Sales Field Executive

About the role

Barilla is seeking an Out-of-Home Regional Sales Field Executive to lead and grow its OOH business across the Marmara Region. Based in Istanbul, you will report to the OOH Channel Lead and be responsible for customer and distributor management, business development, and commercial execution.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve regional sales targets in line with the business plan and budget.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities through market visits and prospecting.
• Monitor demand, stock levels, and product availability to ensure service consistency.
• Follow up on distributors' financial obligations and coordinate necessary actions.
• Execute commercial processes such as budgeting, reconciliations, and invoicing accurately and on time.
• Collect and report market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives, including menu sponsorships, recipe collaborations, and product demonstrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years of OOH sales experience in the FMCG sector.
• Strong project‑management mindset with a proactive, "can‑do" attitude.
• Ability to make sound decisions within established guidelines.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and numerical thinking.
• English proficiency is an asset.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
