Part-Time Working Student, Corporate Communications

About the role

Siemens Healthineers is looking for a part-time working student to support its Corporate Communications team. The role covers the planning and execution of internal and external events, as well as back-office support, document preparation and digital communication activities. It is available approximately 2-3 days per week during the academic term.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of internal and external events
• Prepare registration lists, track RSVPs, coordinate with agencies and suppliers, and manage event materials
• Help prepare presentations, reports and internal documents
• Maintain and organise communication files, contact databases and media archives
• Support the preparation and publication of content for internal channels such as the intranet, newsletters and employee announcements
• Assist with digital communication activities and day-to-day admin such as meeting coordination, purchase requests and invoice follow-ups
• Take part in ad hoc projects and share new ideas

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university programme, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations or a related field
• Able to work part-time (about 2-3 days per week) during the academic term
• Good written and spoken English and Turkish
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in digital communication, social media and marketing

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is a plus
