Performance Marketing Executive (Digital Insurance)

About the role

Allianz Türkiye is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to drive digital sales growth and lead generation for its insurance products. You will work closely with creative agencies, media planners, and internal development teams to execute data‑driven performance campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise always‑on and seasonal performance marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Collaborate with creative and media agencies to produce campaign assets and media plans.
• Monitor performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Insider and Adjust.
• Provide regular performance reports, optimisation ideas and executive summaries to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain tracking mechanisms and stay updated on new digital sales opportunities in the insurance market.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of digital marketing experience in e‑commerce or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimise funnels.
• Advanced verbal and written English.
• Team‑oriented, self‑motivated and solution‑focused.
