Performance Marketing Intern

About the role

Digital Pals is seeking a curious and driven Performance Marketing Intern to support real campaigns for leading fashion and lifestyle brands. You will work alongside experienced specialists in a hybrid setting, gaining hands‑on experience across major ad platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok and YouTube.
• Assist with account setup and management, including Google Merchant Center.
• Build dynamic reports using Looker Studio and other analytics tools.
• Monitor performance, prepare weekly updates and contribute optimisation ideas.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign operation.

Required profile

• Final‑year university student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications or related field.
• Hands‑on familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager through coursework, projects or prior internships.
• Strong analytical mindset and genuine interest in social media and digital trends.
• Proactive, creative and able to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
