Pharma Account Manager – Territory Growth

About the role

The Company kp is seeking an Account Manager for its pharmaceutical packaging portfolio. Based in Turkey, you will be the primary commercial representative, responsible for driving profitable growth, acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy aligned with sales targets.
• Identify, target and acquire new pharma customers to increase market share.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing accounts across purchasing, supply chain, quality, operations, engineering, marketing and business development.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of projects, ensuring accurate CRM updates.
• Drive account penetration by proposing new applications, products and services that add customer value.
• Collaborate with internal functions such as Operations, Product Management, Quality and Customer Service to ensure successful outcomes.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms in line with profitability objectives.
• Represent kp at customer meetings, industry events and trade shows.

Required profile

• Commercial or technical education with 4–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in pharma packaging.
• Proven track record in account management, business development and territory growth.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with an understanding of profitability and value‑based selling.
• Ability to travel extensively within the territory and internationally.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with Salesforce.com.
• Familiarity with SAP.
• Excellent English communication skills.
