Sales Account Manager – Food Colors (Turkey)

About the role

Join Sensient Technologies as a Sales Account Manager for Food Colors, responsible for growing the business across Turkey and neighboring North‑East markets. This home‑based position is based in Istanbul with a weekly visit to the office.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Sensient’s premium food colors portfolio across all food & beverage categories in Turkey (70%) and North‑East neighboring countries (30%).
• Drive strategic growth by expanding existing customer relationships and penetrating new accounts.
• Develop and execute account business plans, including sales forecasts and customer‑satisfaction targets.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, purchasing, QC/QA, and finance to deliver superior service.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of projects, converting opportunities into wins while strengthening long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Strong sales mindset with a proven record of customer success or a technical background and the drive to win.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry or a related field.
• Strategic approach to business development and a passion for acquiring new accounts.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and project‑management abilities.
• Fluency in English and Turkish.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
