Powder Production Supervisor

About the role

As a Powder Production Supervisor at IFF you will lead the daily operations of the powder manufacturing line in Gebze, Turkey. You will be responsible for allocating work, coordinating teams and ensuring that production meets safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate and supervise daily work for production personnel on the powder line.
• Oversee machinery and equipment used in manufacturing and packaging processes.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety Management System requirements and relevant certifications (FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Monitor production performance, troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment in line with occupational health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in team and production management within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to work under pressure.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Knowledge of Food Safety standards (FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Understanding of Occupational Health & Safety principles.
