Pre‑sales Technical Consultant – Public Cloud & GenAI (Istanbul)

About the role

We are looking for a pre‑sales technical consultant to support our online sales team in public cloud and Generative AI solutions. You will work closely with overseas clients to understand their business needs and design feasible AI‑on‑cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with overseas clients to identify cloud and AI adoption opportunities.
• Leverage Alibaba Cloud and Qwen AI services to design AI and cloud solutions, covering compute, storage, networking, security, Kubernetes, databases and big data.
• Support customers in GenAI solution design, including requirement research, model selection, architecture design, POC and demos such as RAG, workflow and agents.
• Act as a technical liaison for key accounts, resolve technical issues and increase customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in public cloud services, DevOps, IT architecture or AI solutions.
• Familiar with one major cloud vendor (Alibaba, Huawei, Tencent, AWS, Azure, GCP) and hold a relevant certification.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, able to conduct conference calls and daily communication independently.
• Experience in industries such as internet, gaming, e‑commerce, web3, media, retail or finance is a plus.

Required skills

• Alibaba Cloud, Qwen AI and other major cloud service portfolios.
• Kubernetes, compute, storage, networking, security, database and big‑data technologies.
• AI model knowledge (Qwen, DeepSeek, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Doubao) and AI engineering platforms (Aliyun Bailian/PAI, Dify, n8n, MCP).
• Solution design, POC development and demo delivery for Generative AI use cases.
