Principal RF Application Engineer

About the role

Analog Devices is seeking a Principal RF Application Engineer to join its RF Semiconductor team in Istanbul. The role focuses on phase‑array design and system integration, working closely with global product development and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop antennas and phased‑array systems using silicon components.
• Create schematics and PCB layouts for demo boards and reference designs, including user guides.
• Evaluate products and application scenarios with bench equipment.
• Develop system‑level architectures to optimize integration in complex customer environments.
• Lead creation of application tools, reference boards, and software to demonstrate product capabilities.
• Participate in customer visits and provide strategic competitive analysis.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in product applications engineering, customer technical support, or related roles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Required skills

• Antenna design and phased‑array development.
