Process Quality Senior Specialist

About the role

A Process Quality Senior Specialist is needed in Kütahya to oversee process quality across production lines, lead improvements that reduce rework and scrap, and coordinate cross-functional teams. The role also covers monitoring measurement system analysis, risk analysis and cost of poor quality activities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze internal quality issues, coordinate cross-functional teams and report outcomes
• Monitor and drive MSA, risk analysis and Cost of Poor Quality activities
• Oversee process quality performance across production lines
• Lead improvement actions to reduce rework and scrap (PPM) rates
• Identify root causes of process issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented and followed up
• Monitor and control SPC data for critical characteristics
• Update control plans based on process changes, quality issues or poka-yoke implementations
• Manage team performance, including attendance, workload and task distribution
• Identify training needs and coordinate development plans with HR

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy and Materials, Industry or Manufacturing Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in quality within the automotive industry
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, technical specifications, measurement and test techniques
• Residing in Kütahya
