Procurement Business Manager

About the role

Based in Istanbul and reporting to the Area Procurement Manager, the Procurement Business Manager will oversee procurement relationships for Turkey, Bulgaria and Ukraine, ensuring customer needs are met while aligning with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with business functions and manage end‑market procurement service.
• Understand and translate customer requirements, business goals and supplier performance expectations.
• Shape demand, drive continuous improvement and act as liaison between local business and global procurement teams.
• Communicate procurement strategies, processes and policies to stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Mitigate service delivery and commercial risk through robust contracts and supplier performance management.
• Coach and develop direct reports, ensuring personal development plans are in place.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of operational procurement experience with commercial contract development and negotiation.
• Proven ability to manage projects and execute sourcing strategies at end‑market level.
• Experience working in an international, highly matrixed environment with strong commercial acumen.
• Solid knowledge of corporate regulations, local legislation and procurement policies.
