Procurement Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Executive to join the Head Office team of İnt‑Er Yapı, a leading construction firm delivering turnkey projects from design to completion. The role focuses on sourcing and managing finishing materials for hotel construction projects, ensuring quality, cost‑effectiveness and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes for finishing materials such as ceramics, sanitary ware, lighting, furniture, textiles and related products.
• Negotiate price, quality and delivery terms with local and international suppliers.
• Handle RFQs, compare quotations, evaluate offers and select suppliers.
• Prepare and monitor purchase orders and procurement contracts.
• Collaborate with project teams to align procurement planning with project schedules.
• Research alternative suppliers and products to improve efficiency.
• Control costs while maintaining quality standards and monitoring project budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proven procurement experience in hotel construction projects, preferably with finishing materials.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and technical specifications.
• Effective communication in English with international suppliers.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
