Procurement Senior Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Senior Specialist with at least five years of experience and full English proficiency. The role will oversee corporate services, facility management, and non‑technical consultancy categories across all group companies, ensuring compliance with company policies and cost‑efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Execute central procurement activities in line with corporate policies and targets.
• Manage assigned categories, prepare detailed management and category reports, and conduct market research, benchmark analysis, and cost breakdowns.
• Identify new suppliers, negotiate terms, and apply total cost of ownership methodology for RFQs.
• Oversee contract drafting, signing, and execution, ensuring full compliance.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end purchasing processes, including order placement, delivery tracking, receipt verification, and invoice validation.
• Plan and conduct supplier audits with the Quality Assurance Department and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support procurement budgeting, drive cost‑reduction projects, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, International Trade, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in price analysis, supplier evaluation, purchasing contracts, and e‑tendering.
• Proven experience in corporate communications, HR consulting, financial consulting, health, insurance, office rentals, facility management, catering, and other non‑technical services.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical mindset, negotiation abilities, and attention to detail.
