Procurement & Supply Chain Operations Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement and Supply Chain Operations Lead to manage material shipments, coordinate logistics and support procurement processes for our Bursa site. The role ensures smooth flow of goods, accurate tracking and compliance with internal and external regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage domestic material shipments, international return processes, material monitoring and work order follow‑up.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation activities with carriers and internal stakeholders.
• Support procurement by liaising with suppliers, tracking services, monitoring compliance and performance.
• Maintain accurate operational tracking, reporting and data management.
• Handle invoice follow‑up and related financial processes.
• Maintain documentation and digital tools according to internal requirements.
• Assist customs and import‑related operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a university.
• 4–6 years of professional experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Structured, methodical and detail‑oriented working approach.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with ability to work independently.
• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented and enthusiastic.
• Willingness to travel abroad when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience using SAP.
