Product Designer

About the role

Revolut is looking for a Product Designer to lead the design process from discovery to delivery, shaping intuitive financial experiences for millions of users worldwide. You will collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and data scientists to turn complex problems into simple, elegant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists to define customer needs and product goals.
• Identify key project metrics and own their achievement.
• Conduct research and synthesize findings to support new territory launches and feature releases.
• Design end‑to‑end product flows, from wire‑frames to high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Run guerrilla testing workshops and gather user feedback.
• Present technical design solutions during design reviews.
• Monitor release performance, extract learnings, and propose enhancements.

Required profile

• 3+ years designing commercial applications in‑house.
• Strong portfolio showcasing product design work.
• Proficiency across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
• Ability to think strategically about product direction and articulate design decisions.
• Solid understanding of technical implications of design choices.
• Ownership of the design process and a focus on user experience.
• Clean visual design sense, strong typography and grid skills.
• Passion for problem‑solving and thriving in fast‑paced environments.
