Product Manager

About the role

HubX is looking for a Product Manager to shape mobile and web products used by millions worldwide. You will own the product vision, work closely with cross‑functional teams, and drive impact for a global user base.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to define unclear problems.
• Create business analysis documents, test cases, mockups, and prototypes.
• Analyze metrics to assess customer and product performance.
• Collaborate with agile teams, attend grooming sessions, and ensure clear backlog items.
• Communicate continuously with stakeholders to reach consensus.
• Define customer needs through market research, product comparisons, and test groups.
• Partner with engineering to translate requirements into technical discussions.
• Research industry trends and operational benchmarks to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Software, Computer, Electronics, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager, preferably on data‑oriented products.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with empathy.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of mobile and web products.
