Production Executive (Plastic Injection)

About the role

We are seeking a Production Executive to lead daily plastic injection operations, ensuring efficient manufacturing and high‑quality output. You will drive productivity, manage teams on the shop floor, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily injection molding production and ensure smooth execution of manufacturing activities.
• Meet production targets while adhering to quality standards and customer requirements.
• Monitor KPIs such as OEE, cycle time, machine utilization, downtime, and scrap rates, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate mold changes and support continuous‑improvement projects.
• Lead, coach, and develop blue‑collar teams, ensuring effective workforce management.
• Maintain compliance with Health & Safety regulations and Quality Management System requirements.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly production performance reports to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Polymer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic injection manufacturing with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong analytical mindset, data‑driven decision making, and a passion for operational excellence.
