Procurement Executive

About the role

The Procurement Executive will support GF Türkiye’s global sourcing strategy and drive procurement excellence across the organization. This role works closely with both global and local stakeholders to optimize costs, manage suppliers, and ensure efficient inventory planning.

Key responsibilities

• Implement global procurement strategies and help achieve purchasing targets.
• Execute sourcing activities, including RfQ processes and supplier negotiations.
• Participate in supplier audits and contribute to cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with global purchasing and category strategies.
• Monitor, report, and analyze purchasing performance and target achievements.
• Support supply‑planning processes to maintain efficient inventory levels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred).
• Advanced level of English proficiency.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with ability to collaborate at all levels.
• Proven relationship‑building skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
