Production Manager, Yachting

About the role

Leads and coordinates all production activities throughout new‑build yacht projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality, safety and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage production plans, schedules, delivery milestones, and work packages for yacht projects.
• Lead and coordinate paint, yacht outfitting, piping, mechanical, machinery, HVAC & insulation, electrical, interior, and carpentry production activities.
• Organise production sites and allocate resources across multiple yacht projects.
• Monitor production progress, man‑hours, quality performance, productivity and overall operational efficiency.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between all production disciplines.
• Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors while monitoring technical specifications, deliveries and performance.
• Work closely with Project Management to implement execution plans and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support yacht launching, commissioning, sea trials and delivery from a production perspective.
• Lead, coach and develop production teams while resolving operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, environmental regulations, company policies and class requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of production experience in the shipbuilding industry, specifically new‑build yacht projects.
• Based in Antalya or willing to relocate, with willingness to travel internationally when required.
• No military obligation for male candidates.
