About the role
Delivers shipbuilding engineering outputs with high quality and on time, while providing functional leadership to a team of shipbuilding engineers. Combines hands‑on engineering with team coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily shipbuilding engineering activities
- Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting
- Review and validate shipbuilding engineering deliverables
- Perform complex design, calculations, and drawings
- Coordinate outsourced engineering and support production
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Good command of English
- Based in or willing to relocate to Antalya
- Willing to travel abroad
- No military obligation (for male candidates)
