Production Planning Engineer

About the role

As a Production Planning Engineer at Bosch Group in Bursa, you will support the planning and optimisation of manufacturing operations, ensuring that machinery, investments and processes are aligned with production goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan machinery acquisition and investment projects.
• Develop technical plans for products and manufacturing processes such as turning, milling and grinding.
• Ensure continuity and optimisation of production flow.
• Lead improvement, digitalisation and automation projects focused on safety, quality, efficiency, cost reduction and performance gains.
• Collaborate proactively with all departments to maintain production continuity and drive improvement initiatives.
• Track and report key performance indicators within the assigned area.

Required profile

• Graduation in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Metallurgy Engineering or a related field.
• Production knowledge and technical experience in machining is an advantage.
• Very good command of English (German is a plus).
• Strong computer skills and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and strong communication abilities.
