About the role

We are seeking a motivated Production Shift Engineer to join our manufacturing operations team. The role involves managing production activities during assigned shifts while ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards are met.

Key responsibilities

Manage and supervise production operations during assigned shifts.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
Monitor process performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams.
Prepare shift reports and analyze operational performance.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Food, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, shift‑based production environment.
Fluent English is required.

Required skills

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
Proficiency with SAP.
