About the role
We are seeking a motivated Production Shift Engineer to join our manufacturing operations team. The role involves managing production activities during assigned shifts while ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise production operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
- Monitor process performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams.
- Prepare shift reports and analyze operational performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Food, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, shift‑based production environment.
- Fluent English is required.
Required skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Proficiency with SAP.
