Program Manager III – Inbound Supply Chain (Turkey)

About the role

The MEATR Supply Chain team is looking for a senior Program Manager III to lead inbound supply chain planning for Turkey. This individual‑contributor role owns end‑to‑end program management, partners with operations, business and planning teams, and drives forecast accuracy, delivery experience, vendor performance and cost optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end short‑term and long‑term planning, forecasting and capacity management for Turkey inbound supply chain operations, including Business‑As‑Usual and peak event readiness.
• Lead monthly Business Review meetings, aligning operations and business on targets, risks and mitigation plans.
• Drive forecast accuracy, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions to keep inbound actuals close to plan.
• Manage vendor experience for inbound flow, overseeing capacity commitments, delivery compliance and escalation of systemic risks.
• Identify and implement cost‑optimization initiatives in partnership with Finance.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain planning, network design, program/project management or operations strategy in a large‑scale, multi‑country fulfillment environment.
• Proven ability to independently own and deliver ambiguous, cross‑functional programs with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL and Tableau.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
