Project Manager – Art Team (Mobile Games)

About the role

You will lead and optimise the workflow of a 2D art team creating mobile game content. The role blends project management, data‑driven process improvement and quality control, acting as the bridge between artists and cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, break down and manage art tasks across pipelines, backlogs and sprints.
• Define and monitor roadmaps, timelines, deadlines and release plans.
• Allocate work based on capacity, skills and competencies.
• Customize Jira with fields, workflows, dashboards and automations to support the team.
• Analyse large datasets to spot bottlenecks, risks and efficiency opportunities.
• Produce clear reports, performance metrics and visual dashboards.
• Coordinate communication between art, producers, designers, developers and marketing.
• Ensure art assets meet brand guidelines and reference quality.
• Facilitate planning sessions, retrospectives and status meetings.
• Maintain documentation, task trackers and guidelines in Jira, Trello, Notion or similar tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing creative or design teams, preferably in game development.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience handling large data volumes.
• Fluent Russian and intermediate or higher English proficiency.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• High ownership, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
