Project Manager – International Banking Projects (Hybrid, Istanbul)

About the role

Fimple is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead international banking and fintech projects. The role combines hands‑on project delivery with deep knowledge of banking products, working closely with customers, internal teams and third‑party vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end international projects from initiation through go‑live, defining scope, milestones, timelines and resources.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Business, Product, Development, QA, Infrastructure) and act as the main point of contact for customers and vendors.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests, maintaining RAID logs and governance artifacts.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, implementation and deployment activities, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Prepare and present weekly status reports and executive updates, highlighting progress, risks and required actions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional project‑management experience delivering technology or software implementation projects.
• Experience in banking, financial services, fintech or banking‑technology environments.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with international, geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to lead meetings with global stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally as project needs dictate.
