Senior Project Manager, Game

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate our game development processes from start to finish. You will structure work, ensure smooth execution, and keep all teams aligned to deliver high‑quality games on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Translate high‑level directives into clear tasks and manage the backlog
• Prioritize tasks and align execution with the product roadmap
• Plan, track, and manage development processes from initiation to delivery
• Coordinate in‑house and outsource resources based on skill alignment
• Define project timelines, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery
• Track incoming work, validate outputs, and ensure quality and scope alignment
• Manage revision cycles and ensure feedback is implemented effectively
• Coordinate dependencies across development, design, and other teams
• Identify risks, track progress, and take proactive action when needed
• Communicate project status to stakeholders at appropriate levels of detail
• Facilitate decision‑making, track action items, and maintain change logs
• Support roadmap execution and continuous process improvement
• Analyze game metrics and player behavior to identify opportunities and improvements
• Support operational planning, outsource coordination, and related budget tracking throughout production

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Strong interest in the gaming industry and passion for games across genres
• Experience or strong interest in project management, product development, or game development
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and follow‑up skills
• High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to build effective relationships with cross‑functional teams
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement gathering
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support decisions
• Experience working with resources not under direct control (in‑house & outsource)
• Advanced English proficiency and comfort working with global teams across time zones
