Project Manager - SAP/e-Transformation

About the role

Sovos is seeking a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end client implementations of e‑transformation and SAP solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from kickoff to go‑live, overseeing scope, timeline, budget and resource allocation.
• Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders and conduct structured project review meetings.
• Proactively identify risks, scope changes and issues, communicating impacts and implementing contingency plans.
• Leverage AI tools to improve project tracking, documentation and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of experience managing e‑transformation projects (e‑invoice, e‑ledger) and/or SAP implementations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver on time and budget.

Required skills

• SAP implementation experience.
• e‑invoicing and e‑ledger processes.
• Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with PSA software such as OpenAir.
