Senior Project Manager, Game

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate our game development processes from concept to delivery. You will work closely with development, design, and product teams to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Translate high‑level directives into clear tasks, manage the backlog and prioritize work against the product roadmap.
• Plan, track and manage development processes, coordinating both in‑house and outsourced resources.
• Define project timelines, set deadlines and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Track incoming work, validate outputs, manage revision cycles and ensure feedback is implemented.
• Identify risks, monitor progress and take proactive actions to keep projects on track.
• Communicate status to stakeholders, facilitate decision‑making and maintain change logs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong interest in the gaming industry and experience or strong interest in project management.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and follow‑up skills with high attention to detail.
• Advanced English proficiency (written & verbal) and ability to work with global teams across time zones.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Trello.
• Ability to manage resources not under direct control (in‑house & outsource).
