Project Sales Unit Manager

About the role

Eti Machinery Sales & Planning Management is looking for a Project Sales Unit Manager to join its global team. The main aim of the position is to manage domestic and international project and spare parts sales activities in line with the company's revenue and profitability targets. It also covers the preliminary evaluation of incoming project requests, securing internal approval and defining the scope and technical details of projects with engineering teams and communicating them to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand domestic and international customer portfolios
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction
• Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Manage quotations and contract processes
• Represent the company at international and domestic fairs and industry events
• Analyse sectors and report findings
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient project and sales coordination

Required profile

• Engineering faculty graduate
• At least 7 years of sales experience in machine manufacturing, special process solutions, industrial production line solutions and turnkey production facility projects
• Experience with domestic and international trade fairs and customer relationship management
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• No travel restrictions
