Quality Control Unit Manager

About the role

The Quality Control Unit Manager will lead the development and monitoring of quality control processes to ensure compliance with company standards and continuous improvement across production.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, develop and monitor quality control checkpoints throughout production and keep procedures up to date.
• Plan, monitor and evaluate corrective and preventive actions, conduct root‑cause analyses and prepare related reports.
• Analyze customer, dealer and field quality feedback, coordinate improvement activities and manage supplier quality initiatives.
• Ensure effective implementation and sustainability of calibration, measurement systems and the quality management system.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in quality management systems, including at least 3 years of team management.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and residing on the Asian side of Istanbul or willing to relocate.

Required skills

• Supplier quality management and customer quality processes.
• Internal and external audit processes.
• Lean Manufacturing principles (preferred).
• Calibration and measurement system management.
