Quality Executive – Facility Management

About the role

The Quality Executive will oversee the performance and efficiency of cleaning operations across multiple sites, turning operational data into actionable insights. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure standards are met and continuous improvement is embedded in daily activities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor quality, performance and efficiency indicators for cleaning services on a project and location basis.
• Analyse operational data, define KPIs, and identify performance gaps.
• Conduct site visits to verify compliance, observe processes and perform root‑cause analyses.
• Evaluate workforce, shift planning, capacity, equipment utilization, and consumable usage to drive efficiency.
• Develop and implement improvement initiatives that enhance service quality and operational cost‑effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or a related analytical field.
• Experience in facility management, large‑scale field operations, or cleaning services.
• Proven background in operational performance, quality management, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate on‑site observations into data‑driven actions.
• Excellent communication, coordination and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business‑intelligence tools.
