Quality Management System Engineer (ISO 9001, ASPICE, ISO 26262)

About the role

NISO Software Technologies, a 100% Italian-owned software company operating in the Izmir Gaziemir Aegean Free Zone, offers an Automation Testing Application Engineer position in its Software Department. The role supports the company's Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001, ASPICE and ISO 26262, and covers internal audits, process improvement and certification coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the QMS according to ISO 9001, ASPICE and ISO 26262, and ensure documentation complies with standards and company procedures.
• Maintain process indicators, suggest improvements and propose changes to procedures, methods and flows for approval.
• Plan and run internal system audits, manage the relationship with the certification body and coordinate third-party audits for certification surveillance and renewal.
• Take part in customer system audits and define the quality plan (ASPICE, ISO, etc.).
• Monitor project quality through work product reviews and process control charts, and lead the internal QA gate before delivery.
• Manage the document system: support process owners, author procedures in SAP, maintain the quality records list.
• Create audit programmes, execute audits, prepare reports and follow up corrective and preventive actions, including root cause analysis.
• Report audit status and performance indicators to the direct manager.

Required profile

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ASPICE and ISO 26262, including automotive safety integrity levels (ASILs).
• Certification: qualification as an ISO 9001 internal auditor or second-party auditor.

Required skills

• ASPICE, ISO 26262, PPAP, SW_FMEA, 8D methodology, SW testing and fundamentals of cybersecurity.
• Document management systems (SAP DMS), MS Office, DOORS, PLM and Atlassian tools.
• Project planning, quality indicators and QIP improvement management.
