Quality & Risk Trainee

About the role

KPMG is looking for a motivated trainee to join its Quality and Risk department. You will support daily risk management activities, contribute to projects, and help ensure compliance with firm policies.

Key responsibilities

• Address daily risk management matters and report to the QRM Specialist.
• Handle day‑to‑day requests and respond promptly to queries.
• Participate in ongoing projects and identify improvement opportunities.
• Launch and monitor QRM trainings, track completion and report results.
• Support Know Your Client (KYC) research processes.
• Prepare periodic QRM reports and presentations.
• Participate in regular audits and assessments to ensure full compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote ethics and integrity.
• Assist the team in performing ISQM1 controls in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Economics.
• Full‑time availability.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Action‑oriented, deadline‑focused, dynamic, self‑disciplined and self‑motivated.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
