About the role

The Quality System & Compliance Manager is responsible for implementing quality standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing, control, and distribution operations.

Key responsibilities

Implement the Sandoz Quality Manual and policies, ensuring GxP and HSE compliance.
Monitor Key Quality Indicators (KQIs) and report to leadership.
Oversee deviation handling, CAPA implementation, and planned changes.
Prepare for regulatory inspections, manage follow‑up, and communicate with Health Authorities.
Ensure GXP training delivery and track country‑specific regulatory requirements.
Handle complaints, manage recalls, and develop talent within the Quality unit.

Required profile

Extensive experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and audit management within the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven people leadership, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Strong business acumen, decision‑making ability, and continuous learning mindset.
